What Do You Need?

When driving in Spain it is necessary to have turned 18; to rent a vehicle, age 25. Driving license: If coming from the countries of EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, you only need to take the driver's license in force. If you come from a country other than the above shall have an international driving permit.

What you must know when driving in Spain:

It is prohibited to talk on the phone while driving, except with the hands-free system.
Radio and mobile phone must be switched off to the refueling.
Children under 3 years are obliged to go subjects in a Chair to your weight and height.
The use of reflective vest is mandatory when out of the vehicle and deal with the road or the shoulder.
Using triangles signaling is mandatory if the vehicle has been fixed on the road or hard shoulder.
The speed limits should be respected:
120 km/h on motorways and highways
100 km/h in conventional road
90 km/h in other road
50 km/h in urban areas.
